Warranty Coverage
Rucksacks
- Duration: 6 years from the date of purchase. Please retain a copy of the invoice or warranty card with the dealer/store seal.
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including defective zippers, seams, or fabric.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, damages caused by rat bites, road accidents, handling of luggage, or subjecting items to loads beyond normal.
Backpacks
- Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.

- No Warranty
Claiming the Warranty
Proof of Purchase
Retain your original receipt or proof of purchase. This is required to process any warranty claim.

Evaluation
Our team will assess your claim and may request you to send the product to our service center for further evaluation.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement or store credit.
- Resolution Time: 7–10 working days, depending on the location.
Note: Our warranty is a carry-in warranty. Items must be sent to us at your cost, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
