Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Â
- Employees, affiliates, and partners of the Company may participate, but may not be eligible for certain benefits. Â
- The Company reserves the right to deny membership to any applicant or terminate membership for any reason.
Enrollment
- To participate in the Program, customers must register through the Company’s website.
- Membership in the Program is free, and no purchase is necessary to enroll.
Purchases: Members earn 5 points for every Rs. 100 spent on eligible purchases. Points will be credited to the member’s account within [48 hours] after the transaction.
Registration Bonus: Points awarded upon registration (100 points)
Level Up Bonus: Additional bonus points awarded when reaching new tiers:
50 points when reaching Trailblazer tier.
100 points when reaching the Summit tier.
Exploration Activities: Points can be earned by visiting outdoor locations or participating in specified challenges, subject to verification by geolocation or photo submission.
Product Reviews: 100 points are awarded for submitting a review of a product purchased through the Company’s online store.
Referrals: 200 points will be awarded for referring a new customer who completes a purchase.
Sustainability Events: Participation in Company-sponsored environmental events earns 300 points per event.

- Points can be redeemed for rewards, which may include:
   – Gear, exclusive products, experiences, discounts, and charity donations.
   – The availability of certain rewards may vary based on the member’s tier and inventory.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Points must be redeemed via the Company’s website
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue redemption options at any time without notice.
Points Expiration
- Points will expire 12 months after being earned if not redeemed.
- Inactive accounts (no point-earning activity for 12 consecutive months) may result in the forfeiture of points and possible termination of membership.
- Cancellation of Redeemed Offers:
- Customers cannot cancel an offer redeemed with points. The redemption is final.
- Returning Items:
- When items are returned, points will not be deducted from the customer’s account. The refunded amount will exclude any redeemed points.
- Points earned for the order will be deducted from the account.
- If points are insufficient to cover the deduction, the account may show a negative balance up to 10 points, with any additional deduction applied to the refund amount.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
- If the Program is terminated, any remaining points will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
- The Company may change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately.
- Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Program, or violation of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of membership and the forfeiture of all points.
- The Company reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud or abuse.
- Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- By enrolling in the Program, members consent to receive marketing communications from the Company. Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by technical issues, such as delays in processing points, errors in account balances, or the unavailability of the Program.
- The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the rewards that the member has successfully redeemed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore.
