Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange any order within 7 working days from the date of delivery by shipping it back to us.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Tags should be intact, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or opt for store credit.

Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns due to wrong size or change of mind are accepted, but the shipping cost for returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the product received is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the return status.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days, subject to your bank or card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning or exchanging items.
  • If your return is approved for a refund, we will refund your money.

However, the shipping cost you paid to return the item will not be reimbursed, unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong or damaged item).

If we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

  2. Ship the item back to our service center at your cost.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange, return, or refund accordingly.
